Signature Class
Our studio’s signature style of group class. We apply our private-instruction approach by starting each class with a question: what do you need today? Highly personalized and unique every time.
1-3 private lessons recommended prior to joining
Strength and Length
Designed for Classical Pilates aficionados. This challenging class requires proficiency with the Intermediate Classical system, a strong command of spring changes and apparatus set-up, and efficiency with transitions.
Approval required to join
Rhythm and Flow
Gyrotonic trainers, dance professionals and long-time practitioners who seek minimal detail and loads of rhythmic choreography will love this intermediate-level group class. Meditative, exploratory and challenging!

Bone Building
A strong beginner-level class appropriate for a diverse range of bodies seeking an intentional approach to whole-body conditioning while avoiding flexion.

Fundamentals
A beginner-friendly class that focuses on fundamental exercises and progressions, plus a step-by-step approach to equipment management. All fitness levels and body types are welcome to join.
Paced for absolute beginners as well as deliberate movers.
