Ideal for those new to the method, returning from a break, or looking to establish consistency in their practice and feel better day to day. Expect focused guidance, a steady pace, and lots of support.

This open-level class is highly personalized and shaped around the needs of the group. We begin by checking in with each client, then build the session to meet those goals. Ideal for those with a strong beginner foundation or higher, this class blends strength, stretch, and focused attention to help you progress in your practice with precision.

For the seasoned mover ready to refine, challenge, and evolve their practice.
These dynamic classes are best for clients familiar with the method who are looking to go deeper. Expect thoughtful sequences that explore rhythm, endurance, or nuanced progressions—while maintaining the technical precision and flow that define your practice.

Masterclass
An advanced-level session led by a Master Trainer, designed for serious practitioners and professionals.
This is where seasoned movers come to be challenged and inspired. These classes dive into advanced movement concepts, detailed cueing, and layered progressions. Ideal for teachers, teacher trainees, and lifelong students of the work.

Bone Building
Intentional, flexion-free movement for strength, support, and long-term resilience.
This strong beginner-level class is designed for clients seeking whole-body conditioning with an emphasis on bone health, postural support, and joint integrity. Movements are taught without flexion, making it a thoughtful choice for those with tender backs, as well as pre/postnatal clients. Expect a steady, intelligent pace that builds strength, balance, and confidence—ideal for a wide range of bodies and stages of life.

Community
Affordable, thoughtful movement—taught by Apprentice Instructors as part of their professional training.
These small-group sessions are offered at a reduced rate and are led by instructors-in-training under the guidance of our Lead Instructors. You'll get to move using the same high-quality equipment and foundational approach we're known for, while supporting the next generation of teachers. Ideal for those comfortable with group settings who enjoy a slower pace and a supportive learning environment. Limited to 3 practitioners.
Paced for absolute beginners as well as deliberate movers.
