Individualized training in a group dynamic

Our Pilates and Gyrotonic groups provide individualized training in a group dynamic. We can accommodate up to five practitioners, so these sessions feel more like semi-privates. Our classes are exceptionally effective for gaining strength, flexibility and body awareness.

New clients are invited to start with a three-pack starter series. Whether you’re a beginner or have previous experience with the Pilates or Gyrotonic method, you’ll get a full body workout with intentional focus.
