Classical Pilates Method
Developed by Joseph Pilates, the Pilates Method utilizes spring resistance to build strength and improve flexibility, providing a whole-body transformation. Our studio is fully equipped with Gratz apparatus and adheres to the Classical Pilates method as developed by Mr. Pilates and passed on by his protégée, Romana Kryzanowska.

The Gyrotonic Method
The Gyrotonic Expansion System is a unique and holistic type of exercise. Utilizing pulley towers, free weights and specialized apparatus, the Gyrotonic method was created to improve agility, strength and flexibility through rhythmic, breath-based exercise sequences. Our studio proudly offers the full suite of Gyrotonic equipment.
